On receipt of your documents the case will be logged on our system and we will contact you according to your elected channel (email, post, tel) confirming receipt.
One of our Agents will attend to make contact at least 3 times through the day and if necessary late in the evening. We communicate all progress to clients daily.
Finally we issue the witness statement to your elected channel.If we are unable to serve, we gather evidence for a witness statement and move to substituted service.
